“In the future, I plan to pursue a dual DMD/PhD program where I can combine clinical dentistry with research focused on regenerative treatments for oral health. Specifically, I aim to explore gum tissue regeneration using plant-derived medicines. This area fascinates me because periodontal disease is a widespread issue that leads to irreversible tissue damage, but medicinal plants have been shown to offer a sustainable solution to gum tissue regeneration. Long-term, I envision myself leading research in this area while practicing as a dentist, contributing to both patient care and the scientific community. Ultimately, I would want to bridge the gap between traditional medicine and cutting-edge regenerative research to provide patients with better outcomes and healthier futures.”
